Lumé Clinica – Booking Terms & Conditions
When you schedule an appointment at Lumé Clinica, you are confirming that you accept the following booking terms.
We reserve appointment times specifically for each client. If a booking is changed or cancelled without adequate notice, that time cannot be offered to someone else. For this reason, the information below applies to all appointments;
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. This amount is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. For consultation-only appointments, the deposit will cover the consultation fee if you do not go ahead with a treatment within 6 weeks of the consultation date. If you cancel or alter your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), a $100 fee will be charged in addition to losing your deposit. These charges must be paid before another booking can be made.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be converted into a credit on your Lumé Clinica account. This credit can be used for a future booking, may be applied to a maximum of two rescheduled appointments, and must be used within 12 months of the date the deposit was originally paid. If something prevents you from attending, please inform us as early as possible.
You can make changes or cancel via the link in your confirmation email, or by using our online booking system, where you can also view your treatment history and upcoming appointments. For any alterations required within the 48-hour window, please contact us directly by email or phone. To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your next visit before leaving the clinic. Our calendar can book out weeks in advance, so planning ahead is advised.
